Nowadays there are a great number of different diseases, but disturbance of cardiovascular system is more dangerous and common. So the diseases of cardiovascular system are called "№1 Killer" in the world.
This group of diseases may occur because of many factors. The main cause of these diseases is metabolic disturbances, particularly disturbance of cholesterol exchange.
Cardiovascular diseases are so insidious because internal changes occur long before there is external evidence. So it is important to prevent and treat these diseases.
People, who want keep fit should follow 4 principles, such as following the regimen, observing the diet, sufficient physical activity and giving up harmful habits. People must get up, eat, work and go to bed at the same time. It is necessary to have sound sleep and eat sufficient amount of proteins, vitamins and limited dose of fats, carbohydrates. There is a good proverb: "An apple a day keeps the doctor away". The harmful habits, such as smoking and overeating, affect unfavorably the walls of the blood vessels. So you must give up harmful habits. It is important to do many physical exercises, particularly for the doctors, teachers and other professional groups.
If you are in perfectly good health you can work well and have much more success and live a long and happy life. To sum it up, Health is above wealth.
